Love the new refrigerator but the ice maker in the door could be better. If you dont use the ice regularly the ice will freeze and stick and you will have a hard time getting the box out of the refrigerator to empty it. You have to dispense some in a glass to loosen it before you can take and empty the ice ou.

I have had this for about a month. It is beautiful. Lots of room. Love the display on the door. My problems are it makes a slight grounding noise periodically and I have tried many times to connect it to my Wi-Fi and it says not able to join. Dont know what to do.

I bought this 4 weeks ago and the 1st first refrigerator delivered was defective. The 2nd second refrigerator delivered was missing the lower ice maker. Told I would receive confirmation from LG regarding delivery date of the ice maker within 24-48 hours but never received. That was over 10 days ago. Called 2 two days ago LG would follow up with me. Still havent heard anything

Purchased this less than three years ago and the compressor went bad. Warranty only showed 1 year. Cheap crap not American made. It was a mistake to purchase this. Wont ever purchase a Lg anything ever. Now it wont let me press 1 on the rating. Only shows 5star. Wow.

We purchased this refrigerator a month ago and have traveled some so we are just now getting used to it. The right door does n not self close in both the inside and on the door water dispenser are very dim which j is disappointing. It could well but the customer interface features on this model are dissatisfaction.
