Works ok but if the load is larger I often get a D80 error which signals a blocked vent but it is not blocked. Clothes still dry so its just an annoying feature.

We purchased this machine three weeks ago and it has proven to be a top-quality preforming machine. Our old dryer worked fine but we replaced it with a new washer dryer set and are sure glad we did. This is the best and largest dryer Ive ever used. The drying time is awesome.

My kid who is 8 year old loves washers dryers. So he did watch lot of videos on YouTube and suggested us to buy LG washer dryers. We did buy those and are very happy with the performance of them. We can connect them to wifi and monitor when it is done. Works great and no complaints so far.

Worn out after 5 years

I bought this high capacity dryer over 5 years ago and it stopped drying adequately after it was out of its extended warranty so I had 2 appliance repair shops look at it and after they diagnosed it they said it was the vent. I had 2 vent cleaning companies with one repeat visit clean my vent and said was the dryer. I installed a new dryer vent with a short ~6 run out the side of the laundry room and it shuts off within 10 minutes on normal setting and only dries clothes now on Jumbo load setting wasting a lot of time and electricity. I realize this is over 5 years old but it should have lasted longer for the price of this high capacity dryer. IMHO I think one of the seals on the drum is worn out but they could not replace it to get the hot airflow out of the dryer because one technician said it was turning on/off even when the outdoor vent was disconnected and there is some hot airflow through the vent but not enough to dry properly. I would not spend the money on this expensive high capacity dryer because it is not built to last.

This is Huge I have had some vent issues with it. THe support folks came in did not even look into what is wrong with the vent they said your vent is clogged This is a new home installation and walked out.

We were nervous about all the different options but quickly got over it. When we make washes there is still plenty of room to add things. Our old washer and dryer were so much smaller. What a find.
