Precision Cooking Presets

Select Boil to quickly bring water to a rolling boil, integrated sensors auto-adjust to help limit overboiling while you prep. Select Simmer for optimal temperatures to slowly cook sauces. Use Sauté for more intense heat in stir-fries and fajitas.

Works with Most High-Quality Cookware
Works with most high-quality cookware, such as multi-ply stainless steel, enameled steel or cast iron. Aluminum and copper cookware will not work unless it has a base made of iron or steel. Look for pans marked "Works with Induction," or test to see if a magnet will stick to the bottom.
